ISO Flanged Bellows (Standard Unbraided Wall) We fabricate these ISO flanged hydraulically formed bellows for HV systems from 300 series stainless steel hoses and 304L stainless steel ISO flanges. The ISO flange (also called Large ISO) is used for HV chamber ports and is available in two distinct styles; ISO-K which uses clamp fasteners and ISO-F which uses nut and bolt fasteners. Hydraulically Formed Bellows Feature: - Can withstand many flexing cycles before cracking
- Seam-welded to eliminate the virtual leaks with lap-welded seams
- ISO-K (clamped) style flanges
- Unbraided hoses can extend up to 15% beyond their usual length and compress up to 20%
- Braided hoses feature a sheath which helps protect the convoluted hose from damage
