KF (QF) Centering Rings (Stainless Steel)

These centering rings are used for mating KF flanges and include both the centering ring and o-ring. The KF (QF) flange is used for through- or foreline vacuum plumbing and for simple HV chamber ports.

KF Centering Rings Feature:

  • Rings available in stainless steel, brass, or aluminum
  • Stainless steel and aluminum centering rings available with either fluorocarbon or Buna-N o-rings
  • Brass centering rings available with Buna-N o-rings only
