Refurbished Pfeiffer-Vacuum TPH 2200 PC Turbomolecular Pump with ISO 250 Inlet Flange, ISO-63 Outlet Flange.

  • Pumping speed: for N2 2100 l/s,
  • Ultimate pressure with rotary vane pump 1x10-10 mbar,
  • Recommended Backing Pump 16 m3.
  • Air or Water Cooling available.
  • The pumps have a free of wear permanent magnetic bearing at high vacuum side and oil lubricated ceramic bearing at the backing side.
  • Turbo pump designed for a wide range of applications in research and semiconductor industry.
  • The Pfeiffer Vacuum TCP-5000 or TCP-600 Turbo Pump controller is needed to operate TPH 2200 PC Turbo Pump.
  • This Pump is fully rebuilt and comes with FULL 12-MONTHS WARRANTY !
